The role also requires flexible support for other business areas as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of implementation, professional services, or client success experience leading SaaS implementations or client-facing projects.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and firm deadlines.
  • Strong experience in scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and timeline accountability.
  • Experience delivering paid services against an SOW, including managing budgeted hours.
  • Confident trainer and facilitator, comfortable leading small sessions and larger group workshops, virtually and in person.
  • Ability to drive projects forward while managing client expectations and internal dependencies.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working with data imports, configurations, ERP data, and system integrations.
  • Adaptability to learn and deliver services across a growing, multi-product SaaS platform as new products and service tiers are introduced.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for each new client, from configuration and training through go-live, including validating final configuration, confirming readiness, and ensuring a smooth transition to Client Success.
  • Deliver Guided and Premium implementation services across the full Budgeting Suite, adapting scope, pace, and hands-on support to each client’s service tier.
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation and early adoption, maintaining high-quality communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on implementation expectations.
  • Own delivery of all paid professional services for existing clients, including Packaged Services and custom-scoped work.
  • Plan and deliver paid training, including one-on-one sessions, multi-session guided workshops, and one-to-many cohorts aligned to client budget cycles.
  • Partner with CSMs and the deal desk to confirm the correct SOW and Exhibits, provide start dates through the PS workflow, and meet committed timelines once agreements are signed.
  • Deliver services within agreed hours and timelines, flagging scope changes early.
  • Drive adoption through structured meeting cadences, milestone tracking, and ongoing client engagement.
  • Adhere to time-tracking requirements and maintain accurate, current records of key dates, notes, decisions, and time invested.
  • Monitor progress and adoption indicators to identify opportunities for additional support or services.
  • Proactively identify client challenges and recommend solutions, resources, or workflow improvements.
  • Contribute to retention and renewals by delivering a positive experience and measurable value.
  • Share client feedback, trends, and enhancement opportunities with Product, Support, and Client Success.
  • Meet or exceed implementation and services KPIs (e.g., time-to-go-live, adoption milestones, on-time delivery, utilization, and client satisfaction).
  • Support the evolution of playbooks, SOW templates, training materials, and best practices across products and service tiers.
  • Cross-train on and deliver services for new products as they are added to the ClearGov suite.
  • Stay current on GovTech trends, financial transparency initiatives, civic engagement best practices, and accessibility standards.
