About The Position

The Implementation Consultant III is responsible for managing the implementation of GHX products and providing subject matter expertise to deliver a high-quality level of service to provider customers. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the client relationship, achievement of service levels and execution with specific focus on client satisfaction and utilization. Presenting product functionality, creating documentation for project objectives, performing customer training and achieving key milestone tasks to hit revenue targets are also primary areas of focus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an implementation or project management role in a healthcare IT or supply chain organization.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain, EDI, project delivery and system to system integration.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, system integration, materials management, supply chain and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to interpret business needs with the goal of implementing products that will meet or exceed customer’s goals and objectives.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered supply chain analytics tools to drive client insights and outcomes, with a proven aptitude for quickly adopting emerging AI technologies and coaching customers on their effective use.
  • Have a growth mindset and share that passion with team members to create processes that improve delivery and customer experience.
  • Ability to excel in a high energy, collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% annually.

  • Knowledge/understanding of cloud-based ERP systems such as Infor, Oracle and Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Implements GHX products in accordance with the scope of work sold to the customer, supporting the entire project lifecycle through product go live and a period of post go live support to ensure customers receive value and achieve high degrees of utilization.
  • Leads instructor-led training sessions on GHX products and applications. Collaborates and executes on test plans through system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and pre-go-live testing.
  • Reviews data sets for completeness and provides feedback to both the customer and internal development teams when gaps are found, utilizing Excel and Access.
  • Maintains and communicates project status to identify progress, risk and mitigate delays. Coordinates and collaborates with other scrum teams and internal departments to ensure customer objectives are met.
  • Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities that optimize delivery results and achieve greater customer satisfaction.
  • Creates, organizes, and maintains implementation documentation. Works with team members to assign shared ownership in keeping documentation and project plans current.
