This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector. The Implementation Associatiate provides support to a team that provides customizable solutions, and each implementation is carefully designed according to our customers’ diverse needs. Implementation Associates work alongside our consultants and project managers, playing a key role in the configuration process.

Responsibilities

Achieve expert-level knowledge of our platform’s functionality and configurability.
Understand the configuration needs of each specific case.
Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of each assignment’s context.
Meet with consultants to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment.
Build data models, workflows, forms, templates, reports, and other digital structures that constitute a configuration.
Migrate configurations from test environments to production environments.
Run unit tests to ensure configurations work as expected.
Create and update documentation relevant to the solution (requirements, configuration workbooks, etc.).
Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution.
Collaborate with requirements team.
