Technical Implementation Associate
About The Position
This role is the entry point to the presales team at Uncountable. The ideal candidate loves solving complex technical problems, has a high standard of excellence for the work they provide, and is looking to break into the tech industry in a customer-facing role. You will be assigned multiple concurrent pre-sales projects, supporting our leads in configuration asks, while traveling on-sites to assist in training, feedback, and reconfiguration during active engagements. Through this role you will become a subject matter expert in all portions of the platform, learning how to digitalize the next generation of R&D science!
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Engineering Related field
- Strong scripting background (able to write a script accessing external APIs to transform a data set and load into the platform)
Nice To Haves
- Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Chinese language proficiency
Responsibilities
