About The Position

Coordinates and manages tasks for various projects/initiatives and facilitates associated work efforts within the health network. Communicates on a consistent basis with appropriate partners, project sponsors, committees, leaders, and other stakeholders regarding project priorities, project status, and project opportunities. Supports the varying multi-disciplinary teams and operational leaders by carrying the bulk of administrative responsibilities and ensuring seamless integration and daily operational success of projects including data, quality, and educational needs. One priority project includes the Clinical Experience Program, a pre-clerkship program that places students in clinical environments to support screening and connection to resources for health related social needs (HRSN) and other population health needs. Duties will include direct patient outreach to facilitate follow up on population health screenings and connection to resources.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 2 years experience in handling projects or administrative work that include tight deadlines, multiple priorities, and teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams platform
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills; ability to engage with diverse populations using cultural humility
  • Ability to exercise good judgment
  • Support other duties as assigned

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, learning management systems (Canvas), Epic, and REDCap preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides onboarding, operational, administrative, and technical support in determining the plan, design, and execution of projects.
  • Works collaboratively with the Clinical Experience (CE) Leadership and other associated staff to develop and implement the CE program, including the development and coordination of student schedules across multiple clinical sites throughout the year and oversight of the learning management system (Canvas).
  • Contributes to data entry and management efforts to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of initiatives.
  • Prepares oral and/or written activity, status reports, and presentation materials for leadership regarding the status of projects.
  • Communicates on a consistent basis with appropriate staff, students, leaders, partners and other stakeholders about project priorities, project opportunities, and project status.
  • Conducts direct patient outreach to follow up and close the loop on population health screenings and resource referrals
