POSITION OVERVIEW: The Impact Analyst & Trainer supports the assessment and enhancement of programs and initiatives. This role contributes to the design and implementation of evaluation projects, conducts data analysis, and translates findings into actionable insights that inform decision-making and strengthen organizational impact. The Impact Analyst & Trainer collaborates closely with program teams and reports to the Senior Impact Analyst, helping to ensure data-driven strategies and continuous program improvement.
