- Exceptional legal writing and drafting skills, with experience producing detailed, evidence-based petitions
- Experience working in high-volume or startup-style environments under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
- Comfort with technology and experience using or evaluating software tools to improve workflows
