About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, freelance attorneys and paralegals providing remote, on-demand support for legal projects. Due to increased demand, we are seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Immigration Attorney in the San Antonio area to provide in-person coverage for Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings. Attorneys will receive a weekly Hearing Calendar and can select hearings that fit their schedule.
Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice Immigration law in The United States.
- Must be able to attend in-person hearings in San Antonio, TX area.
- Understand local rules and court system.
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Immigration law.
- Spanish fluency.
Responsibilities
- Attend in-person Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings in the San Antonio, TX area.
- Select hearings from a weekly shared Hearing Calendar that align with personal schedule.
- Provide coverage for immigration law cases.
Benefits
- Flat fee of $600+ for In-Person Master Hearing Coverage.
- Higher rate for Individual Hearings.
