Contract Immigration Attorney
About The Position
Manifest Law is engaging contract Immigration Attorneys for our individual practice. You'll work on individual immigration matters — O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, family-based, marriage-based — with caseload complexity and autonomy that scales with your experience. You're paid per case, not per hour or per year. The platform handles automated workflows, smart draft tracking, and a unified context hub, allowing attorneys to focus on practicing law. This is a pay-per-case model where earnings move with caseload intensity. Attorneys can reach $200K–$300K+ by working at volume, with the condition that every case is worked to Manifest's standard of aggressive SLAs, rigorous legal quality, and client loyalty. Experienced attorneys grow into full case ownership and sharpen their client instincts. Senior attorneys operate with full autonomy, take on higher-complexity matters, and mentor colleagues. The ultimate destination for those who desire it is Practice Ownership, earning $200K–$1M+.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a practicing attorney.
- J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
- Full commitment to Manifest's SLAs and quality standards.
- Self-motivation and ownership mindset.
- A communication standard clients notice and remember.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099).
- Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions (for Mid-Level).
- Comfort with direct client communication (for Mid-Level).
- Deep expertise in O-1, EB-1A, and/or EB-2 NIW strategy (for Senior).
- Ability to mentor junior attorneys (for Senior).

- Work on individual immigration matters including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, family-based, and marriage-based cases.

- Manage caseload intensity and drive earnings through a pay-per-case model.
- Adhere to Manifest's aggressive SLAs and quality standards.
- Provide client communication that earns loyalty.
- Operate with full autonomy and mentor junior attorneys (for senior roles).
- Potentially grow into Practice Ownership with your own team and book of business.
