About The Position

Macmillan Publishers is offering paid, full-time, remote internship opportunities for their 2026-2027 Immersive Internship Program. While remote-friendly, interns hired locally will have the option to work from the 120 Broadway office. Interns will be immersed in their assigned Trade departments (Editorial, Marketing, Publicity, Art & Design, Sales, Managing/Production Editorial, Production, Publishing Operations, Subrights, Creative Services, and Author Events) or Shared Services functional areas (ESG/Sustainability, Technology/Platform Development, Legal, and People and Culture). The year-long program allows interns to gain a comprehensive understanding of the publishing industry, learn their roles, contribute meaningfully, and take ownership of projects. The program includes industry and development workshops, and networking opportunities with employees across various departments.

Requirements

Graduated high school.
18 years or older.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Physically located in the U.S. for the duration of the internship.
