The Immersive Experience Event Manager oversees the direct management and execution of onsite event staffing operations for Memoir Agency’s owned events. This role is responsible for leading supervisors, coordinators, runners, and activation staff to ensure smooth execution of sponsor activations, staffing logistics, and event operations. Working closely with the Assistant Producer and Guest Experience leadership, the Event Manager ensures frontline staffing teams are properly deployed, supported, and operating efficiently throughout the event lifecycle. This is a SEASONAL position based in Orlando, FL with an expected start date on or around September 1st and end date on or around January 8th.
