About The Position

Manages and coordinates all daily activities of the department. Coordinates the program as a clinical affiliate of the radiologic technology program. Supervises daily activities of up to 30 technical and clerical personnel and students. Within 12 months of starting position, will perform full range of CT scans.

Requirements

• Must possess state license.
• Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately
• Ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred
• Ability to move or lift patients and equipment
• Ability to work independently within general guidelines
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written
• Required to comply with OSHA regulations for the N95 respirator training and fit testing
• Three years technical experience.

Nice To Haves

• In the absence of a bachelor’s degree, five to seven years experience is required.
• Prior supervisory or teaching experience.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
