About The Position

Manages and coordinates all daily activities of the department. Coordinates the program as a clinical affiliate of the radiologic technology program. Supervises daily activities of up to 30 technical and clerical personnel and students.

Requirements

• Must have three years technical experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately
• Ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals
• Ability to move or lift patients and equipment
• Ability to work independently within general guidelines
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written
• Required to comply with OSHA regulations for the N95 respirator training and fit testing
• Must possess state license.

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory or teaching experience.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of CT scans within 12 months of starting position.
