About The Position

As an Imaging Professional, you will be a highly specialized and essential member of our clinical team, pivotal in performing advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures. Every day, you will expertly execute diverse specialized imaging procedures, assisting physicians, meticulously monitoring patients, and precisely operating sophisticated equipment for critical real-time guidance and accurate diagnosis. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, upon hire
• Registered Nurse: TN, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of Cardiac experience
• EKG training or experience
• Experience in working in Emergency room or ICU

Responsibilities

• Ensuring patient safety is of utmost importance
• Use two patient Identifiers
• Compare Doctor’s order to requisition for accuracy
• Assess patient for ability to walk treadmill or use pharmacologic testing and take accurate medical history.
• Perform stress testing on Outpatients and Inpatients using either treadmill or pharmacologic agents following the department stress testing protocols.
• Inject radiopharmaceuticals using ALARA principles and properly dispose of radioactive waste, contaminated IV lines and spent radiopharmaceuticals.
• Routinely demonstrates the ability to prioritize workload.
