About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer 3 for University Hospital Health Systems in Cleveland, OH. This person will inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate basic diagnostic imaging equipment, devices, systems, and instruments. Interact on a routine basis with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems.

Requirements

Experience repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical imaging devices including X-rays, Siemens/ GE CT & MR, and other imaging equipment.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices
Prior knowledge of renowned medical equipment, preferably Philips, GE, Siemens, etc.
Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
7 years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training.
Significant factory-level training of imaging equipment contributing to the effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities

Ensure all medical equipment is maintained in a quality and timely manner
Repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical imaging devices; in a hospital or healthcare setting
Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices
Participate in on-call rotation schedule as required
