About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking an Imaging Operations Manager for its Digital Solutions team. This onsite role leads day-to-day operations for a dedicated program, managing imaging workflows, program capacity, and multiple-shift operations. The manager influences operational performance and financial results and supports program implementations and leadership coverage.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of computer experience in Windows environments and imaging.
• 2 to 3 years of management and operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of imaging software and scanner/hardware operations.
• Demonstrated background in people management, capacity planning, and maintaining operational security and disaster recovery controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience or post-graduate training.
• Flexibility to work 100% onsite and oversee multiple shifts.
• Up to 1% travel required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kofax Ascent Capture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end imaging workflows, monitor throughput across all phases, and coach team members on performance.
• Maintain program billing accuracy and provide reports on key performance indicators, service-level agreements, and operational root causes.
• Enforce site security policies and local chain-of-custody protocols; oversee imaging equipment maintenance and disaster recovery procedures.
• Partner across functions to implement technical and operational changes, onboard staff, and assist with client presentations.
• Serve as the primary backup for the Senior Operations Manager.
• Manage resource allocation and system utilization to meet incoming volume demands.
