About The Position

Launch Your Imaging Career with Sentara Health! This Fast-Track placement process is designed for new graduate Imaging Technologists across all modalities, including LSRTs. You’ll have the opportunity to explore and grow across multiple imaging settings within one organization, including: Acute Care (Hospital-Based Imaging), Outpatient Imaging Centers, and Ambulatory & Urgent Care Settings. LSRTs can explore opportunities within Urgent Care Centers, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment across multiple locations in Virginia and North Carolina. This is a centralized application process where you apply once and are considered by any Sentara location across Virginia and North Carolina. Your application stays active with recruiters for up to six months. Sentara Health is a Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina based not-for-profit integrated healthcare provider that has been in business for over 131 years. Offering hundreds of sites of care including 12 hospitals, PACE, home health, hospice, medical groups, imaging services, therapy, outpatient surgery centers, and an 858,000 member health plan.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited Imaging or related program (based on modality)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Applicable licensure based on modality (Examples may include ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, CCI, or other recognized credentialing bodies)
  • 0–1 years of practice — new graduate talent

  • Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment across multiple locations in Virginia and North Carolina (for LSRTs).
