About The Position
The Monty's Fast Track Manager program is designed to provide individuals with the tools and trust to succeed in a career at Monty's Express Car Wash. This program focuses on developing skills in business operations and team leadership, offering real-world experience and opportunities for impact. For those with existing experience, the Accelerated Management Training Program is tailored to accelerate promotions and career growth based on performance. The ultimate goal for a Manager starting out is to eventually run one of the company's locations. Progress through the program involves evaluation of proficiency in key areas, with successful completion leading to promotion potential and pay increases. Placement in a market will be determined based on openings and the individual's initiative, capabilities, and ability to think on their feet.
