Requirements

High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
Must be 18 years of age OR older
1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
Experience with using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (Ability to create, edit, copy, send, and save documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
Ability to work any of our full time, 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm OR 8:00 am - 4:30 pm from Monday - Friday.
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

Responsibilities

Answering phones from various facilities, patients, and Real Radiology requesting prior studies and reports.
Uploading received images and reports from outside facilities.
Sending requests for prior imaging for comparison.
Completing requests from legal offices, which may require burning discs with requested studies up to and including several Mammography modalities such as CT, MRI, and X-Ray.
Ability to learn One Pacs, Nuance, and Fuiji systems to receive and send tasks.
