As an Imaging Coordinator, you will play a vital role in bringing this mission to life by guiding frontline teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring every patient experience reflects our highest standards of care. In this dynamic leadership role, you will partner with imaging leadership to drive excellence across daily operations, helping teams deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient imaging services. You’ll serve as a key connector—supporting caregivers, streamlining workflows, and fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role will work 4 ten-hour shifts per week. Days off rotate. Call is approximately 1 weeknight every week with a weekend call shift every 6 weeks.

Requirements

  • Professional Clinical Certification/Registration, i.e.; ARRT, ARDMS, etc.
  • Current state Rad Tech License (if required for clinical discipline)
  • Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrated imaging technologist experience

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Candidates who are experienced Angio Techs, with 5 years’ experience are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with advanced Angio procedures (Stroke, Neuro Interventions, Pulmonary Thrombectomy, Y-90 treatments etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Ensures patient, caregiver, and guest safety and satisfaction in accordance with existing principles and standards.
  • Ensures provision of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic Imaging services in an operationally effective and efficient manner.
  • Promotes caregiver engagement and team initiatives.
  • Assists in hiring, orienting, training, staffing, retaining, evaluating, and motivating competent engaged caregivers.
  • Maintains positive relationships within the department and facility including other departments, Radiologists, referring physicians, and customers.
  • Early adopter, exemplar, implementer, super user, problem solver, champion, and idea generator.
