Imaging Assistant
About The Position
The Imaging Assistant ensures that all equipment and supplies are readily available, assists technologists with patients, greets and directs visitors, receives and directs incoming phone calls, distributes paperwork to appropriate personnel, and maintains knowledge of all film file room operations in Imaging Services. The Imaging Assistant also functions as a patient/family/visitor liaison in an effort to improve satisfaction and acts in a manner that ensures privacy and confidentiality. Our Lady of the Lake Health provides care for a full range of illness or injury, including those that are extremely complex, for both pediatric and adult patients.
