About The Position

BAE Systems is seeking a seasoned Imagery / Geospatial Analyst to provide vital analysis in support of our customer's mission(s). The selected candidate will serve as an embedded analyst, bringing advanced Geospatial and Imagery expertise. This role requires individuals adept at using both imagery and geospatial tools, capable of integrating geospatial intelligence, all-source intelligence, and open-source intelligence into fused analysis. The analyst will perform imagery research and analysis using current and historical softcopy imagery, research databases for amplifying information, and produce standard imagery analysis products. They will obtain softcopy and commercial imagery-related products based on customer needs. The role involves utilizing available imagery, multi-INT, and other source customer data stores to exploit, identify, monitor, and analyze existing and emerging trends, dynamic events, and solve intelligence problems. The analyst will employ the full suite of imagery analysis tools and utilize geospatial information systems as necessary. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of counterterrorism issues and geospatial techniques, producing finished imagery-derived intelligence products, reports, and assessments. This position requires regular collaboration with other analysts and end-user customers. This position is funded immediately, and we expect individuals to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

  • 8 or more focused years of experience in imagery and geospatial analysis & exploitation.
  • A minimum of 10 or more total years of experience in the Intelligence Community, at the national level, and/or military operational level.
  • Must have completed a certified imagery schoolhouse course attaining Imagery/GEOINT MOS with the Department of War or completed an approved Intelligence Agency advanced Imagery & GEOINT course.
  • Demonstrated experience in targeting and precision point mensuration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with ability to brief or present to government stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to use RemoteView, IEC, NES, Cedalion and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing and advanced knowledge of the intelligence collection process.
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience in ArcGIS Pro or similar GIS software.
  • Strong multi-modal imagery exploitation.
  • Ability to work independently in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.
  • Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph, if necessary.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain GPC-F and IA-II certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience can be supplemented with a relevant, customer approved degree.
  • Degree in a field relevant to GEOINT operations.
  • Currently possesses additional clearances.
  • Advanced level experience using ESRI ArcGIS Pro and extensions for analytical support.
  • Experience with Structured Observation Management Tools.
  • Experience using, creating, updating, and/or maintaining geodatabases.
