We have an opportunity for an IM B15/CNC Operator 1st to join our Sanford NC team. You will operate molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic parts while following safety standards, quality requirements, and proper tool usage. You’ll work with us to assemble products, perform 5S duties, and rotate workstations every four hours to support efficiency and teamwork.

Requirements

• Safety Conscious
• Aware of correct tools and use
• Ability to assemble a product
• Knowledge of required quality
• Performing 5S duties
• Rotating every 4 hours
• Must be an active Team Member
• B15 Machine Operator
• Assembly/machine experience
• Basic math skills
