About The Position

This role is for a full-time, in-house videographer to work directly with Richard, the founder/CEO of Impact Clients. The company is on track to grow from an 8-figure to a 9-figure company by 2030. The primary goal is to help build the company's media presence on Instagram and Youtube (and eventually FB, Tiktok, Linkedin, and other platforms), aiming to reach 5 million followers by the end of 2026 (currently 1.5M followers across all platforms). The videographer will be responsible for creating emotion-driven video content, including long-form talking head, short-form talking head, and long-form VLOG content, similar to the provided examples. The position offers the opportunity to travel globally (e.g., Puerto Rico, Madrid Spain, Dubai) to document trips, speaking engagements, and vacations for various social media channels. The ultimate objective is to build a large personal brand media company that spreads business education and high-performance content, inspiring individuals to build online businesses and achieve a life of freedom. This aligns with the founder's vision of building a 9-figure online education empire and becoming a leading personal brand in the English market. Additionally, Richard aims to use his platforms to promote positive Christian principles and steward his role as a mentor to a young generation of entrepreneurs. The role also offers potential for career growth into a leadership position, such as leading a team of editors and copywriters, and collaborating with the marketing team, though continuing as a shooter is also an option.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Shooting content with Richard in his podcast studio in Puerto Rico once per week minimum (full day of shooting, 6-8 hours, one day every week)
  • Attend meetings on Monday and Thursday with the IG and YT team, to get feedback from editors and the Head of IG and YT on how to improve quality of video captured
  • Availability on slack and messaging platforms for daily communication with our team
  • Shooting (in person required) for all social platforms video and photo based
  • Creating short form content for Instagram
  • Creating long form content for Youtube channel
  • Documenting trips, speaking engagements, and vacations for Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
