About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) provides a full array of home care services for TGH patients and those in the community needing home care, continuing the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital. VNA is celebrating 50 years of providing trusted, compassionate home health care across the state. As the organization continues to grow, its Pasco office is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to join its dedicated leadership team. As a Clinical Manager (RN), this role is a key leadership position in home health operations. The manager will collaborate with referral sources, physicians, and community partners to coordinate patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical excellence. This position oversees a multidisciplinary team of nurses and therapists, ensuring that every patient receives high-quality, compassionate care in the comfort of their home.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN), active Florida license required
- Prior Home Health experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of geriatric care best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a high-performing team of RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health clinicians
- Oversee patient care planning, case management, and clinical outcomes
- Ensure compliance with home health regulations and accreditation standards
- Serve as a liaison with hospitals, physician practices, and referral partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and community partners
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR systems effectively
