About The Position

Anesthesia Dynamics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized IDR Data Processor to join our Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) team in Wichita, Kansas. This role plays a critical part in supporting the federal IDR process by reviewing, validating, organizing, and processing claim and dispute-related information while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, documents, and structured processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is an on-site position requiring regular attendance at our Wichita office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with data entry, document review, administrative processing, records management, or similar detail-oriented work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review information across multiple documents and systems
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and standardized workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain CMS Federal IDR Gateway access

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle management
  • Familiarity with payer portals, practice management systems, document management platforms, or the federal IDR process
  • Associate degree or coursework in healthcare, business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Review claim forms, EOBs, remittance advice, payer correspondence, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Validate and reconcile patient, provider, payer, claim, and payment information across multiple systems
  • Enter, update, and maintain case information within internal databases and the CMS Federal IDR Gateway
  • Organize and upload supporting documentation according to established standards
  • Identify missing or conflicting information and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Perform quality reviews before advancing cases through the workflow
  • Monitor assigned work queues and meet productivity and turnaround time expectations
  • Support IDR case initiation, submissions, negotiations, settlements, and related processing activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all actions taken
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and company policies
