About The Position

abra professional services is seeking a Identity Infrastructure Specialist! This role involves deploying, installing, managing, and maintaining Identity Management (IDM / IAM) infrastructure, ensuring system stability, high availability, and optimal performance. The specialist will manage and operate Linux / Unix and Windows servers, work with LDAP infrastructure and application servers, and troubleshoot complex technical issues and investigate incidents in mission-critical environments. Collaboration with Information Security, Networking teams, and external vendors is key, as is authoring technical documentation. Experience within cloud environments, including AWS and Entra ID, is required, along with leading infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in server and infrastructure installation, management, and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments
• Hands-on experience with Linux / Unix environments
• Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory and LDAP
• Experience in troubleshooting complex issues within Enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Information Security concepts (Firewalls, Certificates, Secrets, Keys)
• Strong task and complex project management capabilities
• High level of personal accountability, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours for maintenance or critical issue resolution as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Identity Management systems (IDM / IAM)
• Scripting experience in PowerShell
• Familiarity with IBM Identity products (ISIM, ISAM, WebSEAL)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Strong self-learning abilities
