The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Identity and Access Management program by provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning access to enterprise systems, banking applications, and technology platforms. This role ensures access requests are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established security, audit, and regulatory requirements. The IAM Support Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for access-related requests and assists with identity lifecycle management activities, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, able to manage multiple priorities, and passionate about supporting secure access across the organization. This position works closely with Human Resources, Information Security, IT Service Management, application owners, and business partners to maintain access controls that align with the principles of least privilege and role-based access.
