About The Position

Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a dedicated IDD Program Support Coordinator who is passionate about improving systems, supporting quality services, and helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve meaningful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who excels in coordination, compliance, training, and program operations while maintaining a person-centered approach to service delivery. The Growth Day Program supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through services designed to promote independence, community participation, skill development, and meaningful opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent education and work experience
  • ACRE (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators) Certification required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IDD services, compliance, Medicaid reimbursement, or program operations
  • Strong organizational, data management, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with program leadership, providers, and community partners
  • Proficiency with computers, databases, and standard business software applications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Supports Intensity Scale® (SIS) assessments
  • Experience with Medicaid-funded services and reimbursement processes
  • Knowledge of IDD regulations and person-centered service delivery

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Supports Intensity Scale® (SIS) training, certification, recertification, and assessment processes
  • Serve as a resource for staff regarding SIS administration, interpretation, and service planning
  • Collect, organize, and maintain data related to performance-based contracts and service delivery
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems, reports, and dashboards to monitor program outcomes and benchmarks
  • Monitor program enrollment and approved capacity requirements
  • Coordinate Needs Group 5 (NG5) reimbursement requests, documentation, and submissions
  • Support admissions and referral processes across IDD and Behavioral Health programs
  • Collaborate with leadership, providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and quality services
  • Participate in special projects and operational initiatives while supporting a values-based service environment
