About The Position

BreakForth Solutions is seeking an ID Section Clerk to join our team of dynamic professionals. This role involves accurately inputting critical data, programming access authorizations, taking photographs, issuing and managing access cards, and preparing credentials for DOJ staff and contractors. The position also includes assisting with system access issues, maintaining records, performing paralegal duties related to court documents and seals, and scheduling/performing fingerprinting.

Requirements

  • Public Trust Clearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • 6 months of Clerical or office experience required
  • Exceptional problem-solving, customer service, and verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent professional experience

  • Familiar with FICAM, HSPD-12 concepts, CCURE 9000, USAccess, and JPAS process.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input critical date for DOJ Staff and Contractors into the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Identity Management System (IDMS) and the Automated Electronic Guard Information System (AEGIS II)/ CCURE 9000.
  • Program the appropriate access authorization into AEGIS I/II PACS for personnel to gain access to approved facilities, suites, and secure areas.
  • Take photographs of all personnel who are authorized issuance of PIV/AEGIS access cards and/or credentials.
  • Issue initial and replacement PIV/AEGIS access cards to authorized personnel and cancel (shred) access cards when necessary due to loss, damage, reassignment, and name change.
  • Submit requests for authorized personnel to be entered into the access control system for unescorted access.
  • Prepare DOJ field office credentials by reviewing OBD 232 forms and importing personnel images within AEGIS I/AEGIS II via encrypted USB drive and issue to the requesting component. When necessary, void credentials and return voided credentials to components when requested.
  • Assist in team problem-solving and troubleshooting system access issues with AEGIS I/ AEGIS II as well as USAccess enrollment stations.
  • Maintain OBD form request for access requests and PIV card updates.
  • Perform paralegal duties, including researching clerk and deputy clerk official seals of all Nationwide Federal, Circuit District courts, and county documents. Communicate with Chief Executive Offices, operational manager as court clerks, and records unit groups for authentication to ensure they are authentic, original, and authorized for bankruptcy and nationalization name change requests.
  • Schedule and perform fingerprinting, either manually or on Customers electronic Livescan terminal.
