As an ICU Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for high risk adolescent through aging adult patients with actual or potential life-threatening medical-surgical conditions. MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center is a 150‑bed full‑service acute care-center serving a three‑county region in Illinois, offering 24/7 emergency, ambulance, ICU/critical care, birth center, heart and vascular, diabetes, imaging, lab, orthopedics, pharmacy, physical therapy, sleep, stroke and surgical care.

Requirements

Registered Nurse in Illinois
Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year
Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities

Complex assessments and diagnosis
Outcomes identification
Planning, implementing, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
Providing high-intensity therapies and interventions while providing continuous nursing surveillance
Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
