About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care during the holiday season. The role involves caring for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment and may require floating to other departments and traveling to multiple locations within the region, including Concord, New Hampshire.

Requirements

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact RN license.
• 2–3 years of ICU nursing experience; candidates with closer to 2 years may be considered based on skills and experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly and function efficiently in various patient care environments.
• Willingness to float across different locations within the region as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care (CVICU).
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Cerner.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage complex medical equipment.
• Assist with advanced procedures, including balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, and ICP monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Float to other departments as required, including the ED, Stepdown, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health.
