The WI Float Pool is a multi-site resource team supporting Intensive Care Units (ICU) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high-quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.
