It provides a fresh, dynamic work environment with exposure to various departments and patient populations, which helps prevent routine fatigue and keeps work exciting. It is also career-building experience, demonstrating adaptability, competence, and the ability to manage diverse clinical situations. The role includes competitive compensation with base pay, float differentials, shift and weekend premiums, as well as benefits and flexibility including flexible self-scheduling, no on-call requirements, weekend requirements based on FTE, and only two holidays per year.
