STUDENT-ICTV Scripted Director
About The Position
The ICTV Scripted Director is responsible for helping producers in their department train their cast/crew members, coordinating meetings and critiques with all Scripted producers, selecting Producers for shows, managing equipment allocation, serving as Executive Producer of all Scripted programming, ensuring cohesive and professional broadcasts, and meeting weekly with the ICTV Executive Staff. This position is part of Ithaca College's student employment program, which offers meaningful experiential learning opportunities that develop transferable skills sought by employers across various industries. Requirements
- At least one semester of experience volunteering within ICTV.
- Include a cover letter explaining what you would bring to the position and what ideas you have for ICTV moving forward.
- Successful completion of the I-9 and employment eligibility requirements.
- Bring original, unexpired, authorized personal identification documents to your designated representative or The Office of Human Resources to complete the I-9 form.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Responsibilities
- Helping producers in their department train their cast/crew members at the beginning of each semester.
- Coordinating meetings and critiques with all Scripted producers to ensure quality and ethical productions.
- Selecting Producers for shows that have requested the Scripted Director to select.
- Managing the allocation of all ICTV Checkout Center equipment for Scripted Shows.
- Serving as the Executive Producer of all Scripted programming.
- Ensuring cohesive and professional broadcasts for all Scripted programming on ICTV.
- Meeting weekly with the rest of the ICTV Executive Staff.
