About The Position

The ICTV Scripted Director serves as the Executive Producer of all Scripted programming and helps ensure cohesive, professional broadcasts. The director supports producers in training cast and crew members at the beginning of each semester, coordinates meetings and critiques with Scripted producers to promote quality and ethical productions, selects producers for shows that request the director’s selection, and manages the allocation of ICTV Checkout Center equipment for Scripted shows. The position also includes weekly meetings with the rest of the ICTV Executive Staff.

Applicants must have at least one semester of experience volunteering within ICTV. Applicants should submit a cover letter explaining what they would bring to the position and their ideas for ICTV’s future. Applicants are advised to attach both a résumé and cover letter. Screening begins immediately. Employment is contingent on completing I-9 and employment eligibility requirements and passing a criminal background check.

• Ensure cohesive and professional broadcasts for all Scripted programming on ICTV.
• Meet weekly with the rest of the ICTV Executive Staff.
