This role is for an ICT Systems Analyst who is passionate about translating business requirements into practical technology solutions and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to improve systems and processes. The analyst will play a key role in supporting the delivery and optimisation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions across Goodstart. Working closely with the Senior Business Analyst, project teams and stakeholders, the analyst will analyse business and technical requirements, develop detailed specifications, and contribute to the successful implementation of technology solutions aligned with organisational priorities. The role involves working across a collaborative ICT and PMO environment, supporting the design and rollout of ServiceNow ITSM functionality and integrations that enhance service delivery and align with ITIL best practices. This role offers the opportunity to influence process improvement, contribute to enterprise technology initiatives, and support a more efficient and scalable ICT environment.
