About The Position
Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Program Manager needed for an ICF serving adults with intellectual disabilities. This role involves developing and implementing ICF-MR/IID programming, supervising individual service plans, and providing training and supervision to ICF-MR/IID staff. Evening hours are required. This is a full-time, benefitted position with a salary commensurate with education and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
- At least one-year experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
- Must meet QIDP qualifications
- Willingness to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Experience with staff supervision
- Experience with ICF-MR/IID Medicaid Regulations
- Experience with Life Safety Codes
- Experience with Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services Regulations
- Effective organization, time management, and ability to multi-task
- Experience in providing residential services
- ICF-MR/IID experience
