About The Position

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Associate Finance Manager – US Supply Chain FP&A to support the US Supply Chain Finance FP&A process. The goal is to enable the business to meet its financial goals, proactively identify opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance financial performance. This role involves infusing financial wisdom into strategic and operational decisions to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, with a focus on supply chain/operations finance.
Strong understanding of financial analysis & reporting, including budgeting, forecast, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Advanced MS Office Suite capabilities required.

Nice To Haves

CPG experience preferred.
SAP, PBCS, & AFO are a plus.

Responsibilities

Support financial operations with end-to-end ownership of Supply Chain Cost (COGS) within the US Ice Cream business.
Monitor and analyze financial performance/trends, support with senior management decision making.
Own month end close management reporting for actuals and lead end-to-end forecasting process.
Reconcile financial reporting to drive variance analysis and business insights across Supply Chain Cost (COGS).
Own business waste budget/reporting of about €20M, collaborating with business partners in Quality, Planning, and Logistics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
