JOB PURPOSE: As the IT Regional Manager for Ice Cream North America (US, Canada, B&J), you will play a leadership role overseeing the digital and technology agenda across the region. This position ensures that the regional technology ecosystem enables business growth, operational resilience, and innovation aligned with global IT and Ice Cream strategies. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, providing IT leadership, governance, and oversight to ensure that digital capabilities, systems, and processes across markets evolve in line with long-term business objectives. The role requires strong collaboration with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistency, capability development, and technological excellence.
