Scope: Canada Location: Simcoe Factory - Onsite. Full-time position; Sponsorship and relocation (local or international) are not available. Shift Details: This role is for a shift from 11 am to 7 pm daily to cover all duties. The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth and efficient operations through employee engagement and support. This role is crucial to ensure all BC roles are filled in a timely manner. This role also provides continuous HR support and effective operations. This role is important in developing and executing our site training agenda. This role is essential in fostering a positive and functional workplace atmosphere, contributing to overall employee satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements

  • The pay range for this position is $58,700 to $88,100.
  • This position is bonus eligible.
