About The Position
Responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the Shakopee Ice Arena, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, assessing situations and responding in a decisive and fair manner.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain an organized, clean and safe facility.
- Enforce all rules, regulations and guidelines.
- Operate ice resurfacer.
- Collect fees for ice time, skate rental and sharpening, and other services.
- Administer basic first aid to patrons.
- Complete accident and incident reports.
- Portray a positive and professional attitude to the public.
- Care of all equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
