About The Position
The Quality Assurance/Inventory Control Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the complete product life cycle, from receiving through shipping. The role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control and works in both office and warehouse environments.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- One year of administrative experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively both on a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work overtime as dictated by the business.
Responsibilities
- Compile and compose reports in support of department objectives.
- Check and review records and processes for accuracy, making corrections as needed.
- Communicate politely and professionally with coworkers and customers by email and in person.
- Use reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data.
- Follow written and verbal directions accurately.
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
- Respond to questions as needed.
- Remain focused and on task in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to Exemplar Luxury Group safety standards.
- Complete other tasks as directed by the Manager or Supervisor.
