About The Position

The Program Manager for SerDes Networking Solutions will build, lead, and scale the Program Management function for the SerDes Networking Solutions business. The role is accountable for end-to-end program management across product definition, execution, and customer engagement, while shaping portfolio, resource, and execution governance in a fast-growing, post-acquisition environment. As a member of the Product Line leadership team, the Program Manager will drive execution excellence and align business strategy, technology roadmaps, and customer commitments.

The position is part of the Product Line Networking Program Management Office, working with an international team of 10 project and program managers and project support officers. It reports to the Product Line PMO Manager.

The role offers the opportunity to lead a critical growth area at the intersection of networking, ADAS, and software-defined vehicles, and to help scale the SerDes Networking Solutions portfolio following the Aviva Links acquisition. The position works with teams across engineering, product, operations, and customers worldwide.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering; an MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or high-tech industries, with significant leadership responsibility in program, product, or general management roles.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional, multi-site projects with substantial budget and revenue responsibility.
• Strong background in complex system development, including hardware, software, validation, and qualification, and automotive NPI processes.
• Excellent business and financial acumen, with the ability to balance strategy, execution, and customer needs.
• Deep understanding of automotive networking, ADAS/IVI systems, or closely related domains.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence at executive level and align diverse stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical, and decisive approach, with a focus on execution excellence and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a global, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop the Program Management competence for the SerDes Networking Solutions segment.
• Drive project portfolio and pipeline management, aligning investments, priorities, and resources with business strategy and budget constraints.
• Oversee program definition activities, including market input, product positioning, and make/buy/partner execution strategy.
• Partner with Product Line leadership to prepare and defend portfolio decisions.
• Drive disciplined planning, risk management, budget tracking, and milestone control across multi-site, cross-functional teams.
• Ensure transparent, consistent, high-quality internal and external reporting on program status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Support the integration of Aviva Links into NXP’s ways of working, establishing scalable program structures, processes, and governance.
• Align business strategy, technology roadmaps, and customer commitments while driving execution excellence.
