About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IBM ELM Manager with 10+ years of IT and engineering tools expertise to lead and manage enterprise implementations and operations of IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) platforms. This role will primarily oversee DOORS Next Gen (DNG), DOORS Classic, ClearCase, and ClearQuest, managing both delivery and operational excellence while supporting global engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT and engineering tools expertise.
• Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) platforms.
• Experience with DOORS Next Gen (DNG).
• Experience with DOORS Classic.
• Experience with ClearCase.
• Experience with ClearQuest.
