Requirements

Master’s Degree in a technical or management discipline
At least fifteen (15) years of professional experience, including ten (10) years managing complex DoD projects involving a large number of people in subordinate groups.
Knowledge of the Joint Staff’s Capability requirements process
Active Top Secret Clearance
US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned program or programs.
Organizing, directing, coordinating, planning, and the production of all contract activities including interfacing with client management such as the COR and technical customers.
Responsible for the overall contract management in schedule, cost management, quality, personnel management, performance evaluation as well as providing the COR with a Monthly Status Report (MSR) no later than the 15th business day of the month.
Responsible for assigning, scheduling, and providing configuration control and quality assurance of deliverables and establishing and altering program organization to provide effective contract support.
Responsible for ensuring conformance to task specifications and contract provisions.
