About The Position
CTG is seeking an experienced IAM Advisor (Saviynt) to provide strategic and technical leadership for enterprise Identity Governance and Administration initiatives. This role requires extensive expertise with the Saviynt IGA platform, advising stakeholders on identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, compliance, and security best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA
- Strong background in identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access certifications, and SoD
- Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications, Active Directory, Entra ID, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of IAM security frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Ability to advise enterprise stakeholders and mentor technical teams
- 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Saviynt solutions
- Proven experience advising enterprise organizations on IAM strategy and governance
- Experience leading IAM initiatives in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
Nice To Haves
- Consulting or advisory experience supporting large-scale identity transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications such as Saviynt Certified Professional, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or similar IAM/security certifications
