About The Position

We're seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with extensive Saviynt expertise to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role is ideal for a security professional who has deep hands-on experience with the Saviynt Identity Cloud platform and enjoys building scalable, secure identity management solutions in a collaborative remote environment.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Cloud is required.
Strong knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and IAM best practices.
Experience configuring Saviynt connectors, workflows, certifications, provisioning, and role management.
Strong understanding of RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of authentication technologies including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
Experience with SQL and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
3+ years of extensive Saviynt engineering, implementation, and administration experience.
Experience implementing enterprise IAM solutions in complex environments.
Strong background supporting cloud and on-premises identity integrations.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with compliance frameworks, access reviews, and audit support preferred.
Saviynt, CISSP, Security+, or other relevant IAM/security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and administer enterprise IAM solutions using the Saviynt Identity Cloud platform.
Configure and maintain user lifecycle management, access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification campaigns.
Develop and support Saviynt workflows, connectors, roles, and governance policies.
Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, cloud platforms, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access governance best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM and provisioning issues.
Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
Develop automation using APIs and scripting to streamline identity management processes.
Support security audits, compliance initiatives, and access certification activities.
Create technical documentation and operational procedures.
