You will be the primary point of contact for the IT Help Desk, providing support to end users. You will also be the principal administrator of resort applications, both server and desktop, and will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of core IT management systems. There are opportunities to lead small scale IT projects from concept through to implementation, as well as room to create internal solutions that will benefit external departments. This position provides the successful applicant with a unique opportunity to develop their skills and experience across the many different business units that it takes to run a mountain resort. These include lodging, food and beverage, guest services, mountain operations, retail and rental.
