About The Position

The Hygiene Technician reports directly to the Service Manager or their delegate and provides washroom and hygiene services to customers. The role involves driving to client sites to deliver and collect sanitary disposal units and washroom products, including soap dispensers and air-care products, and ensuring facilities are serviced to an exemplary standard. The technician works independently and as part of a team, with a focus on exceptional customer service. The position includes maintaining and servicing equipment, managing certain customer consumable inventories, documenting customer requests and work activities using a company-provided smartphone, and tracking routes with the manager. The technician also acts as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand and performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
Good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
High school degree or equivalent.
Good customer service skills.
Good attendance and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the hygiene service industry.
Previous driving experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, and replacing air-care cartridges and bin liners.
Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize receptacles, and dispose of waste.
Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
Ensure equipment at customer sites is functioning properly.
Track and analyze work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
Meet customers’ specific needs in the field and document special requests.
Input work activities into the smartphone device provided by the company.
Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
Perform other duties as required.
